Just completed the power distribution board you have featured on your alfter.us webpage, and wanted to say "thanks". After all-grain brewing with my buddy on a traditional propane system, I wanted a system that would allow me to safely brew indoors w/o the fear of CO poisoning. Heat sticks are THE way to go, and your power distribution board made it possible to safely supply the needed juice. Mine is permanent-mount in the basement, hard-wired directly into my electrical panel. Just to be sure, I used a 60A breaker and 6 ga. wire for the extension over to the sub-panel. I'm still alive, and all four GFCI's work! Thanks again for posting this valuable information. All I have left to do is construct my other two heat sticks and obtain a couple of stock pots and fittings; I have the grain mill and mash tun already. Once again, thanks!
